All fruit is dry land estate grown, handpicked and minimal intervention winemaking techniques are used.


VARIETIES . Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Ruby Cabernet, Malbec, Merlot, Mourvèdre, Petite Verdot, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Grenache, Touriga, Shiraz, Durif and Viognier.


NOSE . Blackberry, damp earthy forest floor, wild ferment characters and roasted almonds.


PALATE . Round, rich, black cherry. Sappy pine nettle with roasted nutty sweetness followed by lifted blackberry richness. Long fine evolving green tea tannins carrying a myriad of red berry complexity to a very fine and satisfying finish.
