All fruit is dry land estate grown, handpicked and minimal intervention winemaking techniques are used.
VARIETIES . Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Ruby Cabernet, Malbec, Merlot, Mourvèdre, Petite Verdot, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Grenache, Touriga, Shiraz, Durif and Viognier.
NOSE . Complex berry compote or red cherry and black berry. Forest floor and cedar.
PALATE . Blueberry brûlée. Soft, rich and balanced. Lovely fine fruit and oak tannins, a memorable wine that will last and last.
OAK . 3 year French. New and old barrels.
