All fruit is dry land estate grown, handpicked and minimal intervention winemaking techniques are used.


VARIETIES . Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Merlot, Durif, Shiraz, Caberne Franc, Ruby Cabernet, Malbec, Mouvedre, Petite Verdot, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, Grenache, Cinsault and Viognier.


NOSE . Complex amalgam of red berries and plums.


PALATE . Rich and complex fruit cake and mushrooms with long fine tannins.


OAK . 18 Months New French Oak Hogsheads.
